In this study, 208 domestic dog serum samples were collected from Chengdu, Mianyang, Meishan, Yaan, Panzhihua and Leshan in Sichuan China in 2022 (Figure 1). Serum samples used in this study were obtained from the Teaching Animal Hospital of Sichuan Agricultural University and stored at −20°C until use.
