Gradient 1: HPLC buffers A and B. Linear gradient: 25–35% B in 1 min; 35–70% B in 14 min; 70–100% B in 0.1 min; 100% B for 3 min; 100–30% B in 0.4 min; 25% B for 5 min. Flow rate: 0.4 ml min−1.
