2.7. Western blot analysis

The primary antibodies were as follows: EZH2 (rabbit monoclonal, 1:1000, Cell Signaling Technology), H3K27me3 (rabbit monoclonal, 1:1000, Cell Signaling Technology), E‐cadherin (rabbit polyclonal, 1:2000, Boster), DAB2IP (mouse monoclonal, 1:1000, Santa Cruz), and glyceraldehyde‐3‐phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH; mouse monoclonal, 1:5000, Kangcheng). Horseradish peroxidase (HRP)‐conjugated secondary antibodies were obtained from Zymed Laboratories, Inc. (San Francisco). Western blot analysis was performed as described previously, ^{18 , 19} 30 μg of proteins were used for each lane.
