Protein expression levels of p53, Bcl-2, cleaved caspase-3 in MIA PaCa-2 cells following treatment with Gem Elaidate and PGPLs were analyzed according to a previously established protocol for western blot [27,31]. The detailed methods are described in the Supplementary Materials.
