A FRAP analysis was performed to study the formation and fluidity of the lipid bilayers. The bilayer was prepared as mentioned above using egg PC mixed with Texas Red dye-DOPC. Images were recorded prephotobleaching, after closing the iris aperture, and postphotobleaching at an exposure time of 100 ms with a 590 nm excitation LED lamp (Thorlabs, Newton, NJ, USA, DC4100 4-Wavelength LED Source) operated at its maximum constant current mode of 1,000 mA.
