Prism 9.4.1 was used to analyze the data and perform statistical analysis. Comparisons between group data were made using a two tailed Mann-Whitney test. Data from CFSE-based proliferation assays was log10 transformed before using the Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed rank test. Statistical significance was defined as p < 0.05.
