According to the promoter (CaMV35s) of the glufosinate-resistant gene (PAT) and the Brassica napus gene sequence on the left side of the transgene, primers were designed with the help of Bioxm 2.6 software in Table S3 [14]. See Table S4 for the PCR reaction system. The reaction conditions of PCR system was shown in Supplementary Methods 2.1.
