In this study, the transcriptome data following drought treatment were used to extract the HmCAMTA gene expression data under the conditions of S1 (65~75%), S2 (30~45%) and S3 (5~15%). The FPKM values of 10 HmCAMTA genes in the transcriptome under different drought treatments were extracted, and the FPKM values were converted into log2 values. TBtools software was used to draw heatmaps.
