1.5 kb upstream region from 5′ genomic DNA of StATG8 was obtained from the Spud database (http://potato.plantbiology.msu.edu/ on 1 to 20 February 2022). The promoter sequences were analyzed using PlantCARE (http://bioinformatics.psb.ugent.be/webtools/plantcare/html/ on 1 to 20 February 2022) database [35].
