The MS/MS parameters were as follows: the target analytes were detected in positive mode and the capillary voltage was 0.5 kV; the temperature of the heated block was 450 ℃ with a flow rate of 800 L/h; cone gas flow rate, 30 L/h; ionization source temperature, 150 °C. The data acquisition was conducted in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. These parameters were optimized by injecting individual standard solutions (500 ng/mL) of 11 pesticides. Analyte identification was based on the relative retention time and the relative percent ion ratio of the qualitative ion/quantitative ion. The parameters that affect the quantification and confirmation of analytes, including precursor-product ions, collision energies, and deviations, were optimized and listed in Table S2 (Supporting Information).
