SK-Hep1-KLF13 and SK-Hep1-vector cells were prepared (5×106 cells in 200 µL PBS) and inoculated subcutaneously into the right axilla of a group of five immunodeficient 4-week-old female nude mice. Tumor volume was calculated as=(length×width2)/2 mm3. The mice were sacrificed at 28 days after implantation. Tumor were weighed immediately after sacrifice. This procedure was conducted at the Guizhou Medical University, which is the location of the Animal Care Welfare committee that approved the study.
