Establishment of Patient-Derived Intracranial Xenograft Model

The PDXs model was derived from GBM patients undergoing surgery in Hebei University Affiliated Hospital. Mouse xenografts were generated by intracranial implantation of cells into the brain parenchyma of nude mice. All in vivo experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at Tianjin Medical University. See the Supplementary Methods for details.
