Myc reporter assay was performed by transfection of HEK293T, H1299, and HCT116 cells with the Myc Reporter (luc) plasmids. Forty-eight hours after transfection, luciferase activities were determined using Dual-Glo luciferase assay system (Promega). Relative Myc activity was expressed by normalizing the luciferase activity (Firefly/Renilla) to the empty vector control.
