If the parameter beta is either a difference of means, a log-odds ratio, or a log-hazard ratio, then it is reasonable to assume that b is unbiased and normally distributed. SPSS22.0 software was used for data analysis, and the measurement data were expressed as () and subjected to independent samples t test; the enumeration data were expressed as number of cases (%) and subjected to x2 test. A statistical significance of the comparison was indicated by P < 0.05.
