The procedure outlined by [52] using Shimadzu QP2020 GC-MS (Shimadzu Corporation, Kyoto, Japan) supplied with a split-split-less type injector, was utilized to analyze ethanol extracts and separate the volatile components using DB5 MS fused silica column. Besides the published data, every chemical component’s mass spectrum was compared to the corresponding reported spectrum for GC-MS including familiar libraries of ADAMS-2007 and NIST 2017. To ascertain the identified compound, a comparison was made between reported values and relative retention indices (RRI) in reference to n-alkanes (C8–C35).
