XRD method

The MSC induction products and a 4‐week‐old rat bone (femur and tibia) sample for NMR measurement were also tested using XRD. XRD of the powder samples were recorded on a D8 VENTURE X‐ray Diffractometer (Bruker, Karlsruhe, Germany) using Cu Kα radiation (λ = 1.54184 Å) with an acceleration voltage of 50 kV and a current of 1 mA at 298 K or 150 K. The distance from the crystal to the detector was 50 mm with 60‐second exposure time.^{( 23 )}
