CIBERSORT is a computational algorithm for quantifying cell composition based on the expression profile of tissue genes [28]. The CIBERSORT algorithm was applied to estimate 22 distinct immune cell types [29]. Based on the mRNA expression of KLHDC8A, a high-expression group and a low-expression group were formed. To evaluate the relationship between KLHDC8A and TIICs, the median value of gene expression was set to 11.6.
