Tail suspension test is employed to evaluate depressive-like behavior. The mouse was hung for 6 min by the tail with a strip of masking tape on a horizontal bar at a height of 30 cm . The mouse began to move, trying to free itself and attempted to climb on the tail or hung motionless. The total immobility time in seconds was recorded with the Ethovision XT 10 software. The number of animals that successfully climbed on the tail was recorded manually.
