CT26 colon cancer line was purchased from KeyGen BioTech (Nanjing, China) and cultured in Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI)-1640 containing 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS; Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) and 1% volume/volume (v/v) penicillin and streptomycin (Invitrogen) at 37°C in a 5% CO2 incubator.
