Cell Lines, Culture Conditions, and Reagents

The neuroblastoma cell line SH-EP/FOXO3 was cultured in RPMI1640 (Lonza, Basel, Switzerland) with 10% fetal bovine serum (GIBCO BRL, Paisley, U.K.), 100 U/mL penicillin, 100 μg/mL streptomycin, and 2 mM l-glutamine (Sigma-Aldrich, Vienna, Austria) at 5% CO₂. All cultures were routinely tested for mycoplasma contamination using the Venor GeM-mycoplasma detection kit (Minerva Biolabs, Berlin, Germany).
