MDA-MB-231 cells were infected with a lentivirus containing a BCL11A shRNA under the control of a doxycycline inducible promoter. On day one, 5 μg/ml doxycline was added or not to the cells. On day 3, cells were stained with CFSE (CellTrace CFSE proliferation kit) according to manufacturer's instructions. Cells were analyzed by Flow cytometry 3 days after CFSE staining.
