Cells (4 × 103 cells/well) were seeded and cultured in 96-well plates overnight. At 1 day, PD-1 was treated with different concentrations (0, 0.0625 mg/ml, 0.125 mg/ml, 0.25 mg/ml, 0.5 mg/ml, 1 mg/ml, 2 mg/ml, 4 mg/ml, 8 mg/ml). At 2 days, 10 µl of cell counting kit-8 solution (MedChem Express, Monmouth Junction, NJ, USA) was added to each well, followed by further incubation at 37 °C. After 1 h, the absorbance was measured at 450 nm wavelength to assess cell proliferation ability [47].
