SwissADME (http://www.swissadme.ch/ 9 May 2022) was used for the predictive study of the pharmacokinetic properties of TnP. Simulations of ADME were performed. This test includes the analysis of absorption and permeability of the drug candidate by the partition coefficients (Log P) and topological polar surface area (TPSA) to evaluate the permeation capacity of biological membranes.
