PK-15 cells were infected with the parental virus rPRV, recombinant viruses rPRV-SARS-CoV-2-S and rPRV-SARS-CoV-2-N, respectively. The supernatants were collected at 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 h after infection. The 50% tissue culture infective dose (TCID50) at each time point was calculated by the Reed-Muench method.
