Analysis of Tetracycline Degradation Products by HPLC

Products generated from enzymatic inactivation of tetracycline were analyzed by reverse phase HPLC (InertSustain® C18, 4 × 250 mm, 5 μm) using a linear gradient of H2O:MeOH (20:80 to 80:20) over 20 min at 1 ml/min.
