Five patients were pathologically diagnosed with AML at Shenzhen Peoples’ Hospital, 2nd clinical medicine college, Jinan University (Fig. 1a). The available clinicopathological features of these patients were summarized in Supplementary Table 1, and six PMBC samples were designated as the discovery cohort. Six PBMC samples from healthy donors were collected and processed at Shenzhen Peoples’ Hospital. All patients and healthy donors had accepted the informed consent forms, and the study was approved by the Research Ethics Committee approval (LL-KY-2021271).
