Statistical significance was determined using Fisher's exact test for correlation analysis between REV7 expression and clinicopathologic parameters, Student's t‐test and χ2‐tests for the comparison of two groups and two‐way ANOVA, or Tukey's or Sidak's post hoc tests for multiple comparisons. Kaplan–Meier curves with generalized Wilcoxon tests were used for survival analysis. Univariate and multivariate analyses were carried out using Cox proportional hazards models. All statistical analyses were undertaken using SPSS (IBM) and Prism8 (GraphPad Software Inc.) software. Differences were considered statistically significant at p < 0.05.
