Mice

Mice were bred at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in accordance with the guidelines of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee. The following strains were used in this study: C57BL/6 (CD45.2), B6.SJL (CD45.1), Stat4^−/−, Il12rb2^−/−, Il18r1^−/−, Bhlhe40^−/−, and Klra8^−/− (Ly49h^−/−). Experiments were conducted using age- and gender-matched mice in accordance with approved institutional protocols. Adoptive transfer studies and generation of mixed bone marrow chimeric mice were performed as previously described (21).
