Standard coixol solutions (10, 50, and 150 μg/mL) were analysed separately under established chromatographic conditions. The results are presented in Table 1. The relative standard deviation (RSD%) of the peak area at different concentrations was 0.74%, 0.99%, and 0.77%, respectively. These RSD values indicate satisfactory precision in the detection method.
