Determination of Sterilization Dose according to ISO 11137

The estimated radiation dose produced a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10 −2 , and then, the sterilization dose was determined based on the table on ISO 11137-2 ( Table 1 ) and based on the initial number of microorganism populations from the bioburden test, and we determined doses based on SAL 10 −6 . 24
