Culture of drug-resistant cells and organoids

MCF-7 cells were cultured in DMEM, induced by a low gradient of tamoxifen with the recommended supplements, in a 37°C 5% CO2 incubator at 37°C to obtain MCF-7R resistant strains. MCF-7 cells were combined with Matrigel and cultured in specific organoid medium, observed for daily growth and passaged to ultimately obtain MCF-7 organoids.
