The waste Z. mioga leaves were collected from a Z. mioga planting zone on 16 September 2022 (Xuanen, Hubei, China). Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Jiangsu, China) provided the commercial kits for determining anticoagulant biomarkers, and Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Products GmbH (Marburg, Germany) offered the standard human plasma. Other solvents and reagents with analytical grade were obtained from the local reagent companies. The experimental flow chart of this study was depicted in Fig. 1.
