Key module genes were introduced into DAVID[18] for GO and KEGG analyses to explore the biological functions and signaling pathways. The biological functions of genes can be divided into the following 3 categories: biological processes, cellular components (CC), and molecular functions. We drew bar charts and bubble charts to visualize the enrichment results.
