Combined experiments

For the combined experiments, cells (1×10⁵cells/ml) were added into 96- and 6-well plates. In the experimental group, cells were incubated in serum-free medium containing 740Y-P or LY294002 at a range of concentrations (10, 20, 30 and 40 µM) at 37°C, whereas the control group was treated with RPMI 1640 medium. After 12 h, experimental group cells were incubated in serum-free medium containing 2 mg/l HpD. After 4 h, the cells were irradiated with the laser in the PDT-alone group and combined group.
