4.3. Statistical Analysis

The statistical evaluation of the data for Figure 4 was carried out using the GraphPad Prism 10.00 software (Northside Dr, San Diego, CA, USA). All the samples were analyzed three times independently and the values reported were obtained as the mean of at least two independent experiments ± standard deviations (SD). Statistical evaluations were performed using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post hoc test.

Differences in p-value greater than 0.05 were considered statistically non-significant (n.s.), while groups with p-values of significance are indicated by ** for p = 0.0098 and * for p = 0.0390.
