Human CXCL13 ELISA kit was purchased from R&D Systems (Minneapolis, MN) and performed according to manufacturer specifications and as previously described23. Data are reported as concentrations of CXCL13 in peripheral blood sera collected from immunized rhesus macaques, as determined by interpolation using a standard curve.
