MV4-11 (ATCC CRL-9591) is a human-derived AML blast cell line with FLT3-ITD. The AML cells were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium (Hyclone, Thermo Scientific), supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS, HyClone), 1% penicillin/streptomycin. Cells were grown at 37°C in a humidified atmosphere containing 5% CO2.
