Cells were seeded (1.5 × 105) in 6-well plates and treated with LTA, ODN, and/or HMGB1 after pre-incubation for 3 days. Supernatants were collected 24 h and 48 h after TLR activation. To determine the protein expression of VEGF and PDGF, Luminex analysis was accomplished using Milliplex Map Kit (Merck Millipore, Darmstadt, Germany) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
