The viability of podocytes transfected with siTRPC6 was detected using a CCK-8 (Dojindo Laboratories, Inc.). In brief, 5x103 cells/well were seeded into a 96-well plate. After incubating, 10 µl CCK-8 was added to the medium for 2 h. The absorbance values were tested in a microplate reader (Guangzhou RiboBio Co., Ltd.) at 450 nm.
