The stemness was accessed as a previous study described27. In this method, a one-class logistic regression machine learning algorithm (OCLR) was used to extract transcriptomic and epigenetic feature sets derived from non-transformed pluripotent stem cells and their differentiated progeny. We used the OCLR to calculate the mRNA expression-based stemness index (mRNAsi).
