For the evaluation of 7-hydroxy-3,4-dihydrocadalene, the same procedure described for the evaluation of the extracts was followed, evaluating the concentrations of 0, 20, 40, 60 and 100 ppm. Similarly, the corresponding PROBIT analysis was performed to calculate the LC50.
