MEG-01 cells were maintained in 90% RPMI 1640 (Gibco, #21875-091), 10% FCS and 1% Pen/Strep at a seeding density of 5.0 x 105/mL. SET-2 cells were maintained in 80% RPMI 1640, 20% FCS and 1% Pen/Strep at a seeding density of 8.0 x 105/mL. Cells were collected and processed for RNA isolation as described below.
