Based on the ROM established in the previous 10 repetitions, a 50% ROM was calculated as the most efficient point for performing the Maximum Isometric Strength Test. Once seated at the established distance, the participant performed a bilateral maximum isometric row for 6 (Figure 2). Upon finishing, the participant had a full 4-minute recovery.
