Biotin-TA1 or biotin-AT1 was incubated overnight at 4℃ with whole-cell extracts obtained from LNCaP or CWR-22Rv1 cells using M-Per™ (Thermofisher Scientific). Pierce™ NeutrAvidin™ Agarose beads (Thermofisher Scientific) were used to pulldown biotin-TA1 or biotin-AT1 and any bound proteins after a 2-h incubation. Bound proteins were eluted from the beads using Laemmli buffer and were subjected to western blotting for AR, TM4SF3, or AR-V7.
