Transfection of Caco-2 cells with MicroRNA-155 Overexpression of Lentivirus

As our previous study reported,^18,20 primers for miR-155, GTCGTATCCAGTGCAGGGTCCGAGGTATTCGCACTGGATACGACACCCCT, were added to the reverse transcriptase reaction mix.²¹ Lentivirus vectors or inhibitors were constructed by Shanghai Minzai Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). According to the manufacturer’s instructions, the Caco-2 cells were transfected with Lipofectamine 2000 (Invitrogen, Vilnius, Lithuania).
