Overnight bacterial cultures were diluted at a ratio of 1:100 and inoculated into 96-well plates containing fresh BHI medium. The plates were then placed in a microplate reader, and the OD600values were automatically monitored over a period of 12 h. Measurements of the OD600 were recorded at 30-min intervals throughout the duration of the experiment. To ensure the reliability of the results, three biological replicates were performed, providing robustness and allowing for the assessment of potential variations.
