All experiments were performed at least three times and data were presented as the mean ± SD. GraphPad Prism5.0 software (GraphPad Software Inc., USA) was used for statistical analyses. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by post-hoc Dunnett’s test was used to compare the treatment groups and the non-treatment group. The intensity of the immune-reactive bands in western blots was quantified by ImageJ software (National Institutes of Health). P value less than 0.05 was considered as statistically significant.
