Target genomic sequences were amplified using Phanta Max Super‐Fidelity DNA Polymerase (P505, Vazyme) and primer sets flanking target sites. Indexed DNA libraries were prepared and sequenced as previously reported. 18 The pegRNA target sequences and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) primers are listed in Table S1.
