Myocardial tissue homogenate was prepared by myocardial tissues and PBS (0.1 g/mL) through fully grounding in glass homogenizers. The myocardial tissue homogenate was centrifuged for 20 minutes at 3000 r/min at 4 °C, and the supernatants were collected for further detecting. The myocardial tissue malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase contents were determined using malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase assay kits (Cayman Chemical), respectively, according to the manufacturer's instruction.
