Tissue imaging was acquired using the manual mode in a Cytation 5 multimode reader (Agilent Technologies, USA). Montage images were collected at 4× magnification. Texas red and DAPI imaging filter cubes were used with the following acquisition settings: DAPI: LED intensity: 3, integration time: 13 ms, camera gain: 24. Texas red: LED intensity: 3, integration time: 97 ms, camera gain: 18.
